Job summary

VIBE Cannabis in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Joint Team Member to support the Post Harvest and Manufacturing areas. You will work closely with the Joint Team on multiple projects to help produce high-quality joints for patients, while maintaining cleanliness and adhering to SOPs.

The role requires standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in varied environments. A High School Diploma, basic computer skills, and reliable transportation are expected.

Qualifications

  • Driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Computer literacy (Work, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for helping the joint team grind, fill, crown and package joints.
  • Duties included, but are not limited to cleaning, applying labels, running joint machines, weighing and completing paperwork.
  • Prepare and clean joint machinery
  • Communicates directly with Team Supervisors/Leads and aids in other areas when not working with required daily tasks.
  • Maintain personal cleanliness and PPE throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Maintain reliable attendance, positive attitude with staff and adhere to SOP's.
  • Meet quotas set forth by team leads and supervisors.
  • Maintain accurate records, inventories, and data as needed.

Company Overview VIBE Cannabis ("the Company") is currently seeking new Joint Team Members for its facility located in St. Louis, MO. VIBE operates cultivation and manufacturing licenses in MO and is planning further local and domestic expansion.

VIBE has been operating since January 2022 and this is your chance to be at the start and contribute to building something amazing in an exploding industry that everyone is trying to enter. It is an opportunity unlike any other in the cannabis industry.

Position Summary/Objective

The Joint Team Member will work with the Joint Team on a variety of projects and tasks throughout multiple areas in the Post Harvest and Manufacturing area to ensure the best possible products for our patients. Team members should be prepared to come to work clean and well-groomed with a great attitude and be ready to be on their feet for long hours, working in a variety of different environments.

  • Capable of working in dark or bright environments.
  • Able to work in low oxygen areas.
  • Capable of working with or around caustic and potentially harmful chemicals.
  • Understands compliance regulations and adheres to SOPs for specialized areas.
  • At least 21 years of age
  • Willing to participate in an extensive background check.
  • Driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Computer Literature (Work, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Bachelor's / Associates Degree in related fields.
  • Knowledge of the cannabis plant.
