MASY is a growing government service company providing intelligence analysis, educational services, and operational support to federal agencies. The Academy for Defense Intelligence (ADI) oversees standardized training programs for intelligence professionals.

Your mission is to blend intelligence analysis with production knowledge to develop and deliver training and education programs for intelligence professionals within ADI’s framework, including instructor qualification within 12 months of

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in intelligence targeting.
• Demonstrated knowledge of all phases of the intelligence targeting cycle.
• Working knowledge of Windows and MS Office.
• Bachelor's degree may substitute for 2 years of the required experience.
• Active TS/SCI Clearance REQUIRED, CI Poly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Instruct DIA courses: Target System Analysis, Joint Intermediate Target Development, Battle Damage Assessment, Introduction to Target List Management.
• Present curriculum, lead discussions and exercises, and work with students.
• Assist in development and maintenance of training materials.
• Qualify as instructor under ADI IPP within 12 months of hire.
• Demonstrated experience in joint targeting processes (e.g., TSA, CCD estimation, BDA, JIPTL development).
