Job summary

EEC Solutions is recruiting five full-time Instructors / Joint Planning Subject Matter Experts to deliver the JECC and JPSE training and MRX program at Naval Station Norfolk, Virginia. Instructors plan, develop, deliver, and assess the unit-level joint education, training, and exercise programs to prepare JPSE personnel for rapid worldwide deployment.

Each instructor teaches the 10-day Joint Planners Course, supports quarterly MRX exercises as an exercise designer and observer, and maintains

Qualifications

• Master's degree plus graduation from an advanced planning school (JAWS, SAMS, SAWS, SASS, or BSAP).
• Former or retired U.S. military Field Grade Officer (O4–O6) with honorable separation.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain CAC/installation access.

Responsibilities

• Deliver four resident iterations of the 10-day Joint Planners Course each year for 30–60 personnel.
• Instruct the Joint Planning Process per JP 50 and JP 5-0.
• Deliver JFHQ JTF Formation Course iterations for qualified instructors.
• Maintain and update course curricula, planning scenarios, and student handouts.
