Job summary

SMX seeks a highly experienced Joint Network and Fires Integrator SME to advance Joint Fires Network (JFN) and Tactical Mission Network integration across Indo-Pacific operations. The role engages with SOCPAC and DoD stakeholders to define requirements, build CONOPs, and support fielding of advanced warfighting capabilities in complex environments.

Qualifications

TS/SCI clearance is required.
Bachelor's degree in any field.
15+ years of military operations experience, with 5 years in staff planning, capabilities, strategies and technologies.
10+ years in military operations with focus on joint fires or targeting/Intel, including 3+ years in the INDOPACOM theater.
2+ years of Joint Fires Network (JFN) integration with Tactical Mission Networks.
Excellent written and oral communication skills and operational assessment capabilities.

Responsibilities

Identify and articulate requirements for Joint Fires, ITMN, and cross-service integration across Indo-Pacific.
Serve as main liaison between contractor team and SOCPAC leadership for TTPs, CONOPs, policies, and workflows.
Refine and tailor JFN and TMN requirements and integration strategies.
Coordinate with DoD stakeholders to implement multi-domain warfighting capabilities across live and virtual environments.
Travel CONUS/OCONUS to provide hands-on JFN and TMN integration support and conduct site visits and events.
