Job summary
Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an experienced Exercise Planner to lead the development, implementation, and measurement of plans for clients in Joint Readiness. You will identify threats, gaps, or risks and provide actionable recommendations to improve mission performance based on data.
You will work with a small, dedicated team on experiments impacting critical missions and contribute to the company’s measured, results-driven culture.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Joint or Service experimentation, including operations planning, exercise execution, data collection, and analysis support
- Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree

As an exercise planner on our team, you’ll lead the development, implementation, and measurement of the effectiveness of plans and procedures for clients, creating rigorous content to help assess current and evolving warfighting capabilities. 8+ years of experience in Joint or Service experimentation, including operations planning, exercise execution, data collection, and analysis support
Experience with military service and planning exercises
Experience with program management
TS/SCI clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
