The GARRETT GROUP seeks a Joint Exercise Event SME to support the design, planning, execution, and assessment of seminars, tabletop exercises, and wargames. You will coordinate with senior stakeholders to advance strategic mission objectives.

Ideal candidates have deep expertise in joint operations, and a strong ability to lead complex exercise events, with experience coordinating with military and civilian personnel.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience designing, planning, and leading seminars, tabletop exercises, wargames, or similar projects.
• Experience with USSTRATCOM missions at CCMD/JCS level or service MAJCOM.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and lead seminars, tabletop exercises, wargames, and similar events to support mission requirements.
• Develop exercise concepts, scenarios, objectives, and evaluation criteria aligned with strategic goals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, senior stakeholders, and mission partners to ensure exercise realism and value.
• Provide SME on joint operations, strategic planning, and exercise development.
• Analyze exercise outcomes, prepare after-action docs, and deliver recommendations for future events.
• Support USSTRATCOM-related mission areas and contribute to broader initiatives.
