Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Joiner or related craft experience in shipfitting, carpentry or sheetmetal and be able to pass the Tacker Certification test.
• High School diploma or equivalent, Master Tech Certification.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, install, and repair bulkheads, wood and metal articles, interior finishes, and cabin accessories.
• Construct and install wood and metal deck structures, partitions, furniture bases, racks, bins, decorative ceilings, false decks, and other outfitting items.
• Follow plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure quality, accuracy, and structural integrity.
• Use woodworking equipment, carpentry tools, metal‑working tools, and power tools to complete detailed joiner work.
• Support ship construction in diverse shipboard environments and be available to work any shift in a 24/7 manufacturing operation.
