Responsibilities

• Operate forming press to join arrestor plate and damper pan to skirt.
• Use measuring devices and record fractional/decimal equivalents.
• Discern out-of-tolerance conditions using fractions/decimals.
• Load/unload parts and move chambers manually.
• Operate portable tilter to move bins of parts.
• Perform changeovers and minor equipment adjustments.
• Assist maintenance with repairs; perform routine preventative maintenance.
• Maintain quality standards for the process.
• Follow written or verbal instructions and keep work area clean.
• Adhere to safety requirements and work in a high-noise environment.
