About the Role: Full-Time Line Cook at Luna Cafe, Ashland Hills Hotel

As a Full-Time Line Cook at Ashland Hills F&B, you will be essential in delivering high-quality culinary experiences. Your main duties include preparing and cooking a variety of dishes following our recipes and standards, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to food safety regulations. You will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth operation and exceptional dining experience, contributing to our establishment's reputation in the community.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a kitchen or food service environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Food Handler Permit
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Culinary degree or certification
  • Experience with diverse cooking techniques and cuisines
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
