About the Role:
As a Full-Time Front Desk Agent at Ashland Springs Hotel, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive guest experience. Your main responsibility will be to greet and assist guests upon their arrival, check them in and out, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions. You will also handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, and strive to resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
