Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP), Caregivers, Personal Care Aides (PCA), Home Health Aides (HHA) and CNAs to provide compassionate, reliable in-home support to patients across Missouri, including Camdenton, Kaiser, Versailles, Eldon, and Gravois Mills. Roles offer part-time hours with PRN/fill-in opportunities, flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience providing in-home care or assistance with activities of daily living is preferred.
• Ability to work with clients one-on-one in home settings.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living for patients in home settings.
• Support with bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
• Monitor health status and report changes to supervisors.
• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.

• Camdenton, MO + Kaiser, MO + Versailles, MO + Eldon, MO + Gravois Mills, MO
• DSP/PCA/HHA/Caregiver - $16.00/hr
• Active MO CNA - $17.00/hr
• *available hours to vary by location.
  • Currently looking to staff Part Time Hours* + PRN/Fill-In's with potential to build up additional hours.

Job Responsibilities for CNA/HHA/DSP/PCA's & Caregivers

• Activities of daily living [ADL's]
• Light housekeeping
• Bathing
• Dressing
• Grooming
• Toileting
• Nail care
• Range of motion / exercises
• Transfers /use of mechanical lifting devices
• Oral feeding
• Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
• Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
