Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Purdy, MO is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP), Caregivers, PCA, HHA and CNA to provide compassionate, 1:1 in-home care for clients. You’ll help with daily living activities, be part of a supportive team, and grow your skills in a trusted home health environment.

We offer flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and opportunities to move from part-time to full-time hours with dedication and training.

Qualifications

• Experience providing in-home support and personal care.
• Ability to assist with activities of daily living.
• Reliable transportation may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Provide light housekeeping and grooming assistance.
• Help with bathing, dressing and mobility.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition.
• Support medication reminders and basic health tasks.

• Purdy, MO
• DSP/PCA/HHA/Caregiver - $16.00/hr
• Active MO CNA - $17.00/hr
• *available hours to vary by location.
  • Currently looking to staff Part Time Hours up to Full Time Hours* + PRN/Fill-In's with potential to build up additional hours.
    • Day + Night Shift; 8-12hrs shifts

Job Responsibilities for CNA/HHA/DSP/PCA's & Caregivers -

• Activities of daily living [ADL's]
• Light housekeeping
• Bathing
• Dressing
• Grooming
• Toileting
• Nail care
• Range of motion / exercises
• Transfers /use of mechanical lifting devices
• Oral feeding
• Vital sign checks: temperature, pulse, respiration
• Home Management Tasks: laundry, meal preparation, bed making etc.
• Assisting with ambulation
• Medication assistance
