Carolina Dance Productions is seeking a dynamic, experienced, and enthusiastic part-time dance instructor to join our vibrant team for the 2026–2027 season! If you live to inspire the next generation of dancers, love creating a positive and disciplined classroom experience, and bring energy and professionalism to every class you teach, we want to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For:

• Skilled in multiple styles—ballet, jazz, hip hop, lyrical, tap, acro, musical theater, contemporary, ballroom


• Comfortable teaching a range of ages and levels, from preschoolers to pre-professionals


• A team player who is punctual, prepared, and passionate


• Experience with choreography for recital and competitive teams is a plus


• Positive role model with a growth mindset and strong communication skills

Classes are designed to meet the needs of all ages in all styles of dance. We offer a full schedule of both challenging and recreational classes for our students. Dancers are expected to work at their highest potential, though still keeping them in a positive, nurturing and supportive environment. We strive to provide a foundation of excellence for dancers at all levels.

We also offer an accelerated program for those students who would like to study more intensively in all areas of dance and enjoy performance opportunities locally, regionally and nationally. We feel confident that all of our students are instilled with determination, confidence, poise and that they learn how to balance academics with their passion for dance.
