Little People’s Creative Workshop in Greenville, NC seeks a passionate Dance Instructor for preschool classes (ages 2-5) and theatre sessions (ages 6-12). Part-time role with minimal weekly hours, no nights or weekends, and training starting in December for January start.

You will teach Monday–Friday mornings and Wednesday/Thursday afternoons, bring energy, strong organization, and reliable transportation to multiple sites; a background check is required and prior dance experience is essential.

• Proven dance experience required; prior teaching preferred.

• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Teach engaging preschool dance classes (ages 2-5) Monday–Friday mornings with lesson plans provided.
• Lead theatre arts/acting sessions (ages 6-12) with lesson plans provided.
• Create a positive, enthusiastic classroom environment that nurtures confidence and coordination.
• Communicate professionally with site staff and parents; manage attendance, class flow, and materials.
• Maintain punctuality and reliable transportation to multiple class locations in Greenville, NC.
• Uphold child safety, classroom management, and LPCW policies, including background check compliance.

Little People’s Creative Workshop is the nation’s largest organization teaching dance to young children. We have an opening for instructors in Greenville, NC. Our instructors teach our weekly dance classes, working minimal hours per week–no nights or weekends.

If you love the art of dance, have outstanding people skills, are organized, super energetic and enthusiastic, love young children (we only teach ages 2-5 dance, and ages 6-12 theatre arts/acting), and are a leader – then this is a wonderful opportunity for you!

We are looking for instructors that can teach our preschool dance classes on MONDAY-FRIDAY MORNINGS + WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY AFTERNOONS.

Position starting in January —training to start in December.

• Must have a reliable car for travel between class sites (required).
• Background check required.
• Professional presence consistent with an LPCW Dance Instructor.
