Job Description

• Perform high-quality haircuts, including skin fades, tapers, and mid-length styles, catering to diverse hair textures.
• Collaborate effectively with the team and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Demonstrate self-motivation, a strong work ethic, and a desire to expand your business within our established clientele.

Qualifications

• Valid barber or cosmetology license.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays if preferred.
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to support colleagues.
• Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach.

Compensation

• W2 employee status.
• 60% commission goes to the Team Member, 12% of product sales, and 100% of tips. Direct deposit twice a month.
• Potential earnings ranging from $20,000 to $100,000, with the possibility of reaching $120,000.
