Job summary

McDonald’s is hiring a Crew Team Member to join our team in Ohio. You’ll greet guests, help with ordering, prepare and present food, and keep the restaurant welcoming and clean. You’ll work closely with teammates to meet daily goals while delivering great guest experiences.

The role offers flexible scheduling across shifts, with opportunities to learn, grow, and move up within the franchisee-owned restaurant. Training is provided, and a friendly, fast-paced environment awaits.

This role is vital in the restaurant because you’ll:

• Lead the experience: Check in with guests and make sure they are enjoying themselves
• Have a side of smile: Help customers order their favorite McDonald’s menu items and/or make menu recommendations
