Job summary

MOOVX is hiring a Software Developer for a fully remote role across LATAM. You will design, build, and maintain scalable software while collaborating with product teams and designers.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, or C#, plus RESTful APIs and cloud services. You will contribute to CI/CD, testing, and documentation for robust delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Solid hands-on experience in software development using modern programming languages such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, or C#.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).
• Familiarity with CI/CD and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Responsibilities

• Design, write, test, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure code following industry best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and UX/UI designers to define requirements and architecture.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and code reviews.
• Integrate front-end elements with back-end logic and RESTful APIs.
• Write unit, integration, and automated tests for quality and stability.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement.
