Wooden Hill Brewing Company in Edina, MN is hiring full-time Kitchen Staff to join a fast-paced, open-kitchen operation. You’ll work across line stations for lunch and dinner, focusing on high-volume prep and service while upholding top sanitation standards.

We value collaboration, reliability, and enthusiasm for craft beer and food. A 21+ age requirement, valid ID, and a state-issued ID or passport are needed, with vaccination compliance as part of the hire process.

You’ll be cooking in our high volume, counter-service, open kitchen.Proudly one of the only breweries in Minnesota with our own kitchen, this is your chance to cook with a company that’s growing quickly and often in the local spotlight.Join us to help share the joy of craft beer and food with more people!### Duties* Become fluent on all line stations for lunch and dinner service, with the ability to fully prep and complete all duties as needed.* Maintain a sanitary and orderly kitchen in accordance with Minnesota Department of Agriculture regulations and appropriate sanitation standards.* Learn and properly execute all kitchen opening and closing procedures.### Must Haves* Cooking experience in a high volume kitchen* Professional appearance* Adept with common web- and smartphone-based tools of the modern world (email, texting, mobile apps, etc)* Value working in a collaborative team environment* Reliable transportation* Enjoy interacting with guests* Passionate about local craft beer and food* Curiosity and the desire to innovate* You must be at least 21 years old.* You must have valid identification in the form of a state issued ID, Drivers License and/or US Passport.* You must be vaccinated for COVID-19 within 30 days of hire date.* High School Diploma or GED Required.* Able to read and follow written English instructions.### Nice to Have* Formal culinary training* Catering experience### CompensationCustomer serving time (majority of work time): Base rate of $11.41 per hour plus applicable customer gratuities. The average pay rate with gratuities usually ranges from about $25-30 per hour.Kitchen prep time: $19 per hour.
