Stand Out Home Care in Hamilton, NJ is hiring Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) who are passionate about delivering high‑quality in‑home care and making a real difference in clients’ lives. As a CHHA, you will assist with activities of daily living, provide companionship, help with light housekeeping and meal prep, and follow each nurse’s care plan with attention to safety.

Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey CHHA license is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional with excellent communication skills.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Must pass background check and health screening.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Follow the individualized care plan provided by the nurse.
• Report changes in the client’s condition to the agency.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
