Job summary

Stand Out Home Care in Hamilton, NJ is seeking Certified Home Health Aides (CHHAs) who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and improving clients’ lives. You will work in clients' homes, following individualized care plans and providing daily living assistance with compassion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Follow the individualized care plan provided by the nurse
• Report any changes in the client’s condition to the agency
