About the Role: Part-Time Bartender / Bar Supervisor at Lark's located in the Ashland Springs Hotel in downtown Ashland.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender / Bar Supervisor to join our team at Ashland Springs Hotel. As a Bartender, you will provide exceptional guest service by preparing and serving beverages efficiently. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will ensure guests have a memorable experience. You will also maintain a clean, organized bar area, monitor inventory, and order supplies as needed. This role requires professionalism and a commitment to high-quality service.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Bartender
  • Knowledge of bartending techniques and recipes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy weights

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in fine dining or upscale bar environments
  • Certification in bartending or mixology
  • Knowledge of wine and spirits
  • Experience with inventory management software
