Job summary

CJ Designs Residential Services is hiring Direct Support Professionals in the Harrisonburg area to help adults with disabilities live full, independent lives. You’ll provide daily living support, accompany clients on community outings, and assist with notes and documentation.

We train for medication administration, value reliability and compassion, and offer flexible shifts with opportunities for advancement. Prior DSP experience is welcome but training is provided for qualified applicants.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to learn.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to work weekends.

We are hiring full and part-time DSPs to join our teams at group homes in the Harrisonburg/Rockingham County area.

You’ll help with:

• Daily living skills

You’ll need:

• HS diploma/GED
