Job summary

White Cap is seeking a Warehouse Associate II in Chesapeake, VA to support warehouse operations on-site. The role includes forklift operation, picking, packing, and shipping goods, and recording shipment data in our system.

The position may involve indoor or outdoor work, lifting up to 50 pounds, and performing other duties as assigned in a fast-paced environment. Prior warehouse experience is preferred, with emphasis on safety and reliability.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Familiarity with hand and power tools.
• Spanish language proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely operates a forklift to load, unload, and move merchandise.
• Picks, packs, and ships products to customers.
• Receives, counts, and records shipment information into the system.
• May work inside the warehouse or outside in the yard.
• Lifts and carries material up to 50 pounds.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
