Purpose

Manage the creation of integrated project schedules, monitor budgets, timelines, and FTEs, and identify potential issues in clinical trials.

Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain study schedules in MS Project, including KEMs, Roadmaps, and critical path visualization.
  • Align clinical timelines with project plans and ensure resource demands are reflected.
  • Develop scenarios for budget, timeline, and FTE forecasting, including operational scenarios.
  • Consolidate and report financial, timeline, and resource data for governance and external funding.
  • Document decisions, risks, issues, lessons learned, and maintain governance documentation.
  • Support team reporting and mentor new team members.
Qualifications
  • BS degree in Life Sciences or related field; minimum 4 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industries.
  • Strong project management skills, leadership, decision-making, and financial management skills.
  • Experience in global clinical trial management (Phases I-IV) is preferred.

  • Travel up to 10% as needed.
