Motorcycle/Powersports Lot Tech - Full Time & Part Time Positions Available

John Elway Harley-Davidson/Elway Powersports is a dynamic Motorcycle/ATV/UTV retailer in Greeley, Colorado. We are seeking entry-level candidates for the positions of Porter, Driver, and Detailer.

While experience is not necessary, a desire to grow within the industry is important. Our merit-based philosophy and future growth prospects provide ample opportunities for advancement. We prefer to promote from within. For candidates who show initiative, future roles in service departments, sales, or parts are possible.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Be a self-motivated individual eager to learn and grow.
• Detail motorcycles, ATVs, and UTVs.
• Secure and transport motorcycles, ATVs, and UTVs via trailer safely.
• Assist service technicians as needed.
• Support various tasks across different areas of the dealership.
• Powersports experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Maintain a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Having a valid M Class Motorcycle endorsement is a plus but not mandatory.
• Experience in transporting motorcycles, ATVs, and UTV trailers is a plus.

We prioritize internal promotion. For candidates demonstrating initiative, there are future opportunities in service, sales, or parts departments.

Pay: $16 - $18 per hour, depending on experience
