Job description

Job Title: John Deere Parts Specialist

C & B Operations, LLC, a progressive family-owned company with over 35 years of growth, currently operates thirty-six John Deere dealerships across six states. We are seeking a John Deere Parts Specialist for our dealership in Miller, South Dakota.

Responsibilities include:

1. Promoting and selling products and services both on and off-site to meet customer needs.
2. Supplying Service Technicians with parts as required.
3. Preparing and maintaining merchandise displays.
4. Verifying receipt of shipments and assisting with inventory management, including Machine Down and Stock Orders.
5. Maintaining a clean and orderly parts department.
6. Following up on shortages and expediting issues by reporting to the manager.
7. Ensuring departmental tools, equipment, and vehicles are in good working order.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Ability to meet physical demands including sitting, standing, walking, lifting, and reaching.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Forklift operation skills preferred.
• Basic knowledge of parts and machinery.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
