Job summary

C & B Ag is offering a full-time apprenticeship program designed to turn you into a certified John Deere expert. You will work in our shop full-time under experienced technicians and travel to Mitchell, South Dakota for in-class instruction once a month.

All travel, meals, lodging, and class are paid for as you gain hands-on experience and build your career. The program runs for 2–3 years, depending on prior experience, with additional opportunities to advance within the company as you earn your

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on John Deere equipment as part of hands-on learning.
• Operate and learn diesel engines, hydraulics, electronics, and precision ag tech.
• Use advanced diagnostic tools and software under supervision.
• Complete digital service documentation and adhere to shop procedures.

C & B Operations: We have 38 John Deere dealership location across 6 states and want to transform regular people into certified John Deere experts!

How It Works

Work in our shop full-time under experienced technicians.

Travel to Mitchell, South Dakota for 1 week each month for in-class instruction and hands-on learning. (Travel, Food, Lodging, and Class is all paid for)

Return to the shop and apply what you learned.

Repeat for 2-3 years (2 years with prior mechanic experience, 3 years with none).

-- We have a $3,000 and $7,500 package for you to choose from. Work for us for 3 years and the tools are yours.

You’ll Learn To
