Job summary

Rohrer Corporation in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Jogger Operator to support a packaging line. This role involves operating the jogger machine, ensuring loads are staged correctly, and coordinating with press and die cutter operators.

You will rotate breaks with fellow operators, select pallets, verify alignment, inspect sheets for marks, and complete the Final Inspection Checklist. The position requires reliability and attention to detail to meet production quality standards.

Qualifications

• Operate jogger machine and ensure loads are staged correctly.
• Inspect sheets for red marks or misalignments during production.
• Coordinate with press or die cutter operators to maintain flow and quality.

Responsibilities

• Determine next planned operation for settings and adjustments to jogger machine.
• Communicate and work with press operators or die cutter operators to ensure that loads are staged in advance.
• Rotate with other Jogger Operators to balance lunch and break times.
• Select appropriate pallet for next operation and scrap top sheet.
• Assure machines have paper straight and aerated for smooth operation.
• Place stack on vibrating jogging table and guide into next process, then pallet for removal.
• Clearly write and display order details on each load.
• Inspect sheets for marks or register variation and note defects on blister cards or die cut forms.
• Maintain baler system by rotating with other Jogger Operators.
• Complete Final Inspection Checklist.
• Other duties as assigned
