The primary responsibility of a Bartender is to deliver exceptional customer service in the hotel's Bar, Pool, and Restaurant outlets by creating and serving a variety of cocktails and drinks. This role is essential for creating a positive and enjoyable bar experience for our guests by creating a positive first impression with a warm smile and addressing guests by name whenever possible. Responsibilities include checking IDs, preparing cocktails, serving wine, beer, and maintaining inventory.

• Prepare a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring accurate recipes and proper presentation.
• Serve beverages responsibly, checking IDs to confirm legal drinking age.
• Maintain bar inventory and supplies for smooth operations.
• Engage with customers professionally, taking orders and serving promptly.
• Make personalized recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Promote daily specials and highlight unique offerings.
• Prioritize guest satisfaction and ensure a memorable visit.
• Follow all food and beverage regulations, including responsible alcohol service.
• Participate in daily meetings on specials and promotions.
• Handle liquor orders and maintain an attractive bar display.
• Prepare garnishes and ensure attractive presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
