A leading company in sustainable construction seeks a Jockey driver responsible for operating and maintaining equipment while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The Jockey driver is primarily responsible to efficiently operate over the road tractor or yard truck with a curtain-side van or box trailer, maintain well organized and clean tractor cab, and update required documentation to insure DOT compliance. Dependability is an essential part of this job as well as the ability to team with co-workers. Safety is of primary importance to this and all positions.

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the pay rate for this position, which is $28.81 per hour, plus a 2 nd shift differential of $1/hr. In addition to the hourly base pay rate, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount can be up to 10% of the hourly rate based on company and individual performance measures. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and, by nature, can vary based on company and individual performance and are not a guarantee.

Shift Differentials ($28.81 plus 2nd Shift Differential of $1/ hr)

This role may be covered by a Union. In the event of any discrepancy between this posting and the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), the CBA shall govern.
