Vail Resorts in Park City, UT is seeking a Sous Chef to oversee the quality of food and service in our mountain kitchen. You will assist with payroll, inventory, and office duties while ensuring guests enjoy a memorable dining experience daily.
Starting wage ranges from $52,000 to $62,000 per year for winter seasonal 2026/2027 with full-time and part-time hours. Housing is available and opportunities for training and advancement are supported through our Epic Service program.

The Sous Chef is responsible for the overall quality of food and service, they also assist with the management of the kitchen environment. The Sous Chef ensures staff and food quality provides guests with a pleasant dining experience on a daily basis. This role also assists the Chef with payroll, inventory, and other office duties.
The expected pay range is $52,000.00 – $62,000. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
