Job Title: Night Cleaner / Porter

We are currently seeking a Night Cleaner / Porter to join our team at Sodexo in Haywood Hospital. You will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our patients, staff, and visitors by maintaining a clean and hygienic environment at our hospital. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, a strong work ethic, and excellent organisational skills. Responsibilities:

1. Transport patients, inventory, and equipment across the hospital.
2. Maintain patient safety by keeping their rooms, wards, communal areas, restrooms, and other hospital areas clean.
3. Strip and clean beds and collect linen.
4. Clean desks, ceilings, vents, walls, blinds, and other surfaces to create a sterile, safe environment.
5. Dust, mop, vacuum, sweep, polish floors, and replenish supplies.
6. Empty bins and waste containers.
7. Actively champion a safe and healthy environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
