Job description

Job Site Support Coordinator - Roofing & Exterior

Based In: Dayton & Northern Cincinnati Suburbs

Hourly Pay: $16/hr + bonus potential

Company truck provided (must be returned daily)

The Role at a Glance:

We’re hiring a dependable, take-charge person to oversee the onsite experience on installation day for roofing and exterior projects. You’ll start the day by picking up supplies, make sure the crew has what they need, check in with the homeowner, and keep things running smooth from start to finish.

This role is all about being the steady hand onsite — the person who makes sure the job goes off without a hitch, the customer feels taken care of, and everything gets documented properly for our team and social media.

What You’ll Handle Daily:

  • Grab needed materials in the morning and drop them at the job site

  • Welcome the homeowner and reinforce our 5-star promise

  • Be ready to make material runs if needed during the day

  • Take photos and drone videos before, during, and after the job (we’ll train you!)

  • Place yard signs and door hangers to spread awareness

  • Keep the site tidy — sweep for nails, collect trash, assist with small cleanup

  • Walk through the completed job with the homeowner before you leave

  • Return leftover materials and send inventory updates to the team

What We’re Looking For:

  • A clean driving record

  • Someone reliable, organized, and willing to work outdoors

  • Basic knowledge of construction materials is helpful, but not required

  • Comfortable around roofers, tools, and ladders

  • Friendly and confident when speaking with homeowners

  • 25 or older preferred (due to vehicle insurance), but not required

  • Willing to learn how to fly a drone or already comfortable with one

What You’ll Get:

  • Steady hourly pay ($16/hr) + bonus opportunities

  • A company truck for job-related use

  • Opportunities to grow into full project or team management roles

  • A team that supports and trains you — no guessing games here

  • The chance to work in a role where your day is always different, active, and appreciated

Why It’s a Big Deal:

Our customers trust us with their homes — and that trust starts with the experience you help create onsite. From the first handshake to the final walk-through, you’ll make sure the job feels professional, clean, and complete.

You don’t need to be a contractor — you just need to be dependable, sharp, and ready to make things happen.
