About The Role

This role involves working alongside our Operations management team to ensure smooth daily operations at the job site. You will report directly to the market manager.

This is a part-time hourly position, scheduled Monday - Wednesday or Monday - Thursday from 7am-2pm ET. The current site is in San Antonio, FL.

What You'll Do

• Oversee the drywall scattering program in Tampa, FL, including planning daily activities.
• Schedule labor teams, ensuring safety training and PPE compliance.
• Attend the site daily for the scattering operations.
• Maintain communication with on-site representatives from the builder.
• Manage the work station (water cooler, storage, etc.).
• Coordinate with your manager before, during, and after jobs to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Reside within 30-45 minutes of Tampa, FL.
• Reliable transportation to job sites.
• Availability to start at 7am ET on weekdays and some weekends.
• Comfort with outdoor work, including summer months.
• Deep knowledge of Tampa city layout.
• Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communication skills.
• Experience as a mover is preferred; familiarity with Bellhop platform is a plus.
• Construction experience is beneficial but not required.

Pay Range

$16 - $23 per hour in Tampa, FL
