Job Profile Name: Operator-Production I (Open)

Key Responsibilities

1. Operate routine production machinery according to provided prints and specifications.
2. Carry out routine activities to produce the required quantity of parts within established specifications and tolerances.
3. Measure finished parts with precision tools, ensuring compliance with functional, quality, and cosmetic standards.
4. Maintain logs and records of units produced; report any errors leading to rejects or discards.
5. Inspect equipment before use for proper setup and alignment; perform basic adjustments and maintenance.
6. Keep work area clean, safe, and organized.
7. Follow all safety regulations.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent, with up to 2 years of relevant experience preferred.

Knowledge and Skills

• Willingness to follow instructions and work collaboratively.
• Ability to interpret and translate job specifications for machinery.
• Basic understanding of production equipment or ability to learn quickly.
