Job summary

Can-One USA in Nashua, NH is hiring a Warehouse Forklift Operator to move materials, load/unload shipments, and support production. The role requires safe forklift operation and attention to detail in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, with a pay rate of $25.00 per hour and benefits including medical, dental, and vision, plus paid vacation/time off. This position offers hands-on training and a modern manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift or complete company forklift training.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Basic math, counting, and inventory skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
• Transport raw materials, finished products, supplies, and other materials throughout the facility.
• Stage materials for production and warehouse operations.

• Move materials between designated storage and production areas.
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities and inventory control.
• Verify materials against shipping/receiving docs using RF scanners.

Position Overview

Can-One USA is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator to support warehouse, material handling, shipping, receiving, and production operations at our Nashua, New Hampshire facility.

This position is responsible for safely transporting materials throughout the facility, loading and unloading shipments, staging materials for production, and assisting with inventory activities. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, organized, and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Material Handling

• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
• Transport raw materials, finished products, supplies, and other materials throughout the facility
• Stage materials for production and warehouse operations
• Organize materials to support efficient workflow
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently

Shipping, Receiving & Inventory

• Assist with shipping and receiving activities
• Pick, pack, and prepare materials or products for shipment
• Verify incoming and outgoing materials against shipping and receiving documentation
• Use RF scanners and inventory systems to record material movement
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory control activities
• Report damaged materials, shortages, or inventory discrepancies

Safety & Equipment

• Complete required daily forklift inspections
• Report equipment problems or maintenance needsFollow company safety procedures and applicable OSHA requirements
• Follow established material-handling procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Use required personal protective equipment

Team Support

• Work with warehouse, production, shipping, and receiving teams to meet daily operational needs
• Communicate material or inventory concerns to appropriate team members
• Assist with additional warehouse and material-handling tasks as assigned
• Support efforts to improve safety, organization, and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous forklift experience
• Current forklift certification
• Warehouse, manufacturing, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience
• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse inventory systems
• Experience loading and unloading trucks

Physical & Work Environment

This position requires regular movement throughout a manufacturing and warehouse environment. Duties may include standing, walking, bending, reaching, climbing, lifting, pushing, pulling, and operating material-handling equipment.

Employees must follow all applicable safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment in designated areas.
