Job summary

Arco Home Services in Northeast Ohio is seeking an Underground Plumbing Specialist to install, repair, and maintain underground residential plumbing systems, including water and sewer lines. The candidate should have 5+ years of related experience and be comfortable with excavation work and utility locating.

This full-time role offers a pay range of $50,000–$70,000 annually, plus medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid holidays and PTO, tools, and a company van with fuel card.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of residential plumbing, drain or underground plumbing experience.
• Experience using sewer cameras, locating equipment, drain machines.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Experience operating excavation equipment (mini excavators, trenchers, skid steers).
• Knowledge of utility locating practices around underground utilities.
• Experience with underground pipe lining or trenchless repairs is a plus.
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavation equipment.
• Conduct sewer camera inspections and locate lines as needed.

We're seeking an experienced Underground Plumbing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has experience with underground residential plumbing systems, sewer and water line repairs, excavation work, and takes pride in delivering quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

General responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Install, repair, and replace underground residential plumbing systems, including water lines, sewer lines, and sanitary drainage systems
• Perform excavation, trenching, and backfilling activities in accordance with local codes and safety standard
• Operate excavation equipment
• Conduct sewer camera inspections and locate underground sewer and drain lines as needed
• Assist with underground pipe lining and trenchless repair projects
• Connect underground water supply lines, drainage systems, and related plumbing components
• Collaborate with team members to plan and complete underground plumbing projects safely and efficiently
• Communicate professionally with homeowners regarding project scope, progress, and recommendations
• Coordinate with utility companies and follow proper utility locating procedures before excavation activities
• Maintain compliance with company standards and applicable safety regulations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 5+ years of residential plumbing, drain, or underground plumbing experience required
• Experience using sewer cameras, locating equipment, drain machines, and related tools
• Valid U.S. Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Experience operating excavation equipment, including mini excavators, trenchers, and skid steers, is a plus
• Knowledge of utility locating practices and experience working around existing underground utilities is a plus
• Experience with underground pipe lining, HammerHead CIPP, UV lining systems, or trenchless sewer repair methods is a plus
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan is preferred
