Romex Pest Control is seeking a Territory Service Technician to provide exceptional service and build positive relationships with customers in the Plano, Texas area. This role involves outdoor work, lifting up to 50 lbs, and daily travel to homes while maintaining equipment and documenting services.

The position offers a base salary of $40,000 to $60,000 per year, with commission opportunities that can raise total earnings.

Responsibilities

We're seeking a Territory Service Technician that can provide excellent service, as well as form positive relationships with customers in the area.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Regular interaction with customers and communicate the service rendered
• Be able to work outdoors (in heat and cold)
• Be able to lift at least 50 lbs
• Maintain and take care of work truck
• Data Entry & Documentation into mobile devises for services
• Work Monday through Friday with one Saturday a month
• Service 13 to 15 homes per day

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• At least six (6) months of customer-facing experience
• Strong communication and time management skills

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills

• Basic mathematical skills
• Ability to work independently
• Valid driver's license
• Must be at least 18 or over

Physical Demands / Work Environment:

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations

• You must be comfortable going into crawl spaces and attics
• You must be comfortable using and moving a ladder
• This position will require you to work outside, in all types of weather
