Job summary

Absolute Electrical Services, LLC in Denver is seeking a Residential Boiler Technician to install and service radiant heat, snow-melt, and hydronic systems. This hands-on role rewards precision, craftsmanship, and long-term growth within a supportive team.

You’ll install and service boilers, water heaters, and hydronic networks, maintain records, and ensure code-compliant installations. A valid driver's license and 2+ years' boiler experience are required, with residential experience a plus;

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on boiler/hydronic experience.
• Residential boiler experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.
• Knowledge of piping, soldering, brazing, and hydronic systems.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install pipe systems, fittings, and valves per codes and standards.
• Install high-efficiency boilers, water heaters, and hydronic systems with precision.
• Keep detailed records of work and monitor system performance.
• Fill and test systems with water, glycol, or air and monitor pressures.
• Maintain and repair boiler systems during retrofits or service calls.
• Review blueprints and building codes to plan installations.
• Keep service truck organized and stocked for daily work.
• Perform retrofits and service visits as required.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assemble and install pipe systems, fittings, and valves using a variety of tools and techniques—from soldering and brazing to press equipment.
• Install high-efficiency boilers, water heaters, and hydronic systems with precision and care.
• Keep detailed records of work assignments and system performance.
• Fill and test systems with water, glycol, or air—monitoring pressure gauges to ensure optimal operation.
• Maintain and repair boiler systems during retrofits or service calls.
• Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipe to spec using specialized tools and machines.
• Review blueprints and building codes to plan and execute flawless installations.
• Keep your work truck stocked, organized, and ready to roll.

What You Bring to the Table:

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with boiler/hydronic systems.
• Residential experience is aplus.
• Strong knowledge of tools, machines, and materials used in plumbing and HVAC.
• Familiarity with construction methods and building codes.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (MVR).
