Baker Brothers Plumbing, Air & Electric is seeking Service Plumbers in Mesquite, TX to join a dynamic team delivering exceptional customer service daily. The role includes water heater replacement, fixture upgrades, drain cleaning, and mentoring apprentices, with career growth in a fast-growing company.

Qualified candidates will hold a Texas plumbing license, have at least 3 years of residential service experience, and maintain a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Current Texas Tradesman/Journeyman/Master Plumbing License.
• Valid Texas Driver's License with clean record.
• Must pass background check and drug screen.
• Minimum of 3 years residential service & repair experience.
• Leak location and repair is a plus.
• Service Titan experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose plumbing emergencies efficiently and perform services.
• Provide strong residential service and troubleshooting.
• Replace water heaters and fixtures as needed.
• Replace fixtures (faucets, tubs, toilets).
• Drain cleaning and use of conventional sewer machines.

Overview

Baker Brothers Plumbing, Air & Electric iscurrently seeking Service Plumbers to join our teamcomprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Plumbing related tasks include: water heater replacement and repair, fixture replacement (to include faucets, tubs, showers and toilets), drain cleaning and competent use of conventional sewer machines. This position will act as a mentor to Plumbing Apprentices.

• Diagnose common and diverse plumbing emergencies efficiently and accurately and perform plumbing services
• Strong residential service experience and strong trouble shooting skills
• Water Heater replacement and repair
• Fixture Replacement (Faucets, Tubs, and Toilet)
• Drain Cleaning
• Competent use of conventional sewer machines

Qualifications

Do I have What it Takes?

• Current Texas Tradesman/Journeyman/Master Plumbing License
• Valid Texas Drivers License (5 years driving experience with clean driving record)
• Must pass background check and drug screen
• A minimum of 3 years residential service & repair experience (diagnosing & troubleshooting a normal plumbing system)
• Leak Location and Repair, a plus
• Service Titan experience preferred
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail
• Provide exceptional customer service while on the jobsite
• Results driven in a high-energy environment
• Must be able to follow directions and work independently
• Ability work in hot, cold, wet climates depending on the weather
• Maintain well-groomed appearance and keep a clean uniform and work shoes
