SEPT Physical Therapy in North Carolina is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedics team. You’ll balance high-quality patient care with hands-on mentoring and diverse caseload, from sports rehab to post-operative care.

We support your growth with a mentorship program, OCS residency options, and dedicated CEU allowances. The role offers full-time hours, a competitive salary, and a welcoming clinic environment.

Our Patients Drive Us Our approach goes beyond treatment plans: we build trust, create meaningful connections, and support patients through every step of their recovery. Individualized care, coupled with a warm and friendly environment, promotes a superb patient experience.

Who We Treat Our diverse caseload includes non-surgical and post-operative patients, spanning sports performance, joint and spine care, and, if desired, neurologic and vestibular rehab. Our clinicians average 12 patients per hour and have 1-hour for evaluations.

We make adjustments to schedule blocks in order to accommodate patients who require specialty interventions or have high complexity or safety concerns.
