Position Summary

The Physical Therapist Assistant screens, treats patients/residents, documents services and communicates with families and interdisciplinary team members while facilitating optimization of patient/resident mobility and activities of daily living.

Full-time benefits start on the first day of the month following your start date!

Posted Salary Range

USD $42.00 - USD $45.00 /Hr.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provides professional Physical Therapy services.
• Completes documentation accurately and timely.
• Participates in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement initiatives, working efficiently and effectively while utilizing facility resources responsibly.
• Maintains adequate and up-to-date knowledge of Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation Services, and setting-specific clinical and regulatory practices.
• Complies with facility policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Must have one year of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant (geriatric rehabilitation setting preferred).
• Must have a current license to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant in facility-specific state.
• Must have current certification in Basic Life Support.
• Reliable transportation required.
