Preferred Experience or Interest: Candidates should have experience or a strong interest in Pelvic Health physical therapy with a willingness to grow and develop expertise in the area.

Requirements for this position include the following:

• Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapy program
• Active or pending state physical therapist license

Professional Development

Individualized Professional Development Program:

• Annual continued education allowance (adjustable for motivated learners)

Mentorship Program for New Graduate or New Setting:

• In-person team-based learning sessions once per month comprised of didactic work and skill acquisition
• Internal mentoring: co-treat with experienced PT ½ day quarterly
• Graduated caseload ramp-up time
• Maintain caseload diversity with a review of Prediction Health data to help identify areas of growth potential
• Review and discuss “components of a successful note” from Prediction Health
• Receive regular checkpoints, communication, and guidance through professional challenges
• Receive additional onboarding with online WebPT Tutorials
• Education and review of effective billing practices
• Front office tutorial
• Mentoring with owners of Fairhope PT reviewing mission/values
