Overview

Lindstrom Air Conditioning & Plumbing is currently seeking HVAC Service Technicians to join our team, comprised of creative and energetic employees dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our Service Technicians diagnose all aspects of HVAC systems, provide customers with repair options and pricing, order parts for installation, and collect payment upon completion, ensuring quality work that complies with all local and national codes. The role also serves as a mentor to HVAC Installers.

Founded in 1975 by Carl Lindstrom, Lindstrom Air Conditioning and Plumbing has grown primarily through word of mouth, a testament to our commitment to excellence in customer service.

Responsibilities

What Will I Do?

• Perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems
• Operate hand and power tools to inspect, repair, and maintain furnaces, condensers, and compressors
• Build client relationships through outstanding service and communication
• Educate clients on their systems and maintenance needs
• Identify opportunities to improve clients' home comfort systems
• Document services performed and recommendations made
• Complete tasks following quality and safety standards

Qualifications

Do I Have What It Takes?

• 3+ years of experience in servicing, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing HVAC systems
• EPA Universal certification required
• NATE certification preferred but not required
• Mechanical aptitude
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Results-driven in a high-energy environment
• Attention to detail
• Experience with ServiceTitan preferred
• Ability to follow directions and work independently
