Job Summary:

Perform skilled mechanical maintenance in the inspection, repair, installation, and alteration of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems and related equipment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ability to speak and maintain professionalism with customers, team members, and vendors.
• Ability to manage stress and difficult or emotional customer situations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and maintain attendance based on business needs.
• Ensure new/returning customers’ concerns are addressed and handled appropriately, timely, and accurately.
• Operate company vehicles and follow all state and federal laws, while maintaining the cleanliness and routine maintenance of the vehicle.
• Safety responsibilities & requirements will be provided in training, and no tolerance will be accepted for the disregard of safety instructions.
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools, meters, and all other test equipment utilized in the trade.
• Perform skilled maintenance work in the repair, installation, and alteration of HVAC equipment, components, timers, motors, and any other wiring systems as needed.
• Submit customer invoices via company iPad, correctly documenting customer equipment information, diagnostics, and all recommended repairs.

Job Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid Texas Driver’s License
• HVAC Certified/EPA
• TDLR registered
• Clean driving record
• Time management skills
• Basic software understanding
• Self-motivation

Physical Work Requirements:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to hear, stand, move, operate with hands and arms, and lift up to 75 pounds.
• The employee is regularly required to use hands to operate or feel objects, tools, or controls, communicate, distinguish or identify, adjust or focus.
• Activities involve attics and crawl spaces, being around moving parts and equipment, and exposure to changes in heat temperature and humidity occur daily.
