Job Responsibilities

• HVAC System Installation, Maintenance & Repairs– Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in residential homes•Troubleshooting & Diagnostics– Inspect, diagnose, and repair HVAC issues, including heating/cooling malfunctions, air quality issues, and system inefficiencies•Preventative Maintenance– Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing filters, cleaning systems, and testing equipment to ensure proper functionality•Customer Interaction– Engage with customers to inform them of issues, solutions, and the overall status of their HVAC systems•System Efficiency– Recommend products and services to customers that will optimize HVAC system performance and energy efficiency•Read & Interpret Technical Diagrams– Review blueprints and technical diagrams to install or troubleshoot HVAC systems properly•Code Compliance– Ensure all work follows national and local building codes and regulations for HVAC systems•Record Keeping– UseService Titansoftware to track repairs, maintenance, and service calls, ensuring accurate and detailed documentation•Safety Compliance– Follow all safety protocols and ensure HVAC systems are functioning safely in accordance with industry standards•Customer Service– Provide a high level of customer service with attention to detail and a professional attitude

Qualifications

• Experience– 3+ years of experience as an HVAC service technician or a similar role•Certifications– HVAC certification or equivalent experience from a technical/trade school is preferred•Technical Expertise– Proficient in diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems, including heating, ventilation, cooling, and air quality equipment•Service Software– Experience withService Titanor similar trade software is a plus•Communication Skills– Strong communication skills to explain HVAC issues and solutions clearly to customers•Attention to Detail– Ability to perform accurate work while adhering to all codes and regulations•Customer-Focused– A commitment to delivering exceptional service with a positive attitude•Driver’s License– Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
