Job summary

Absolute Electrical Services in Denver is seeking a motivated HVAC service technician to diagnose, service, and repair refrigeration and air conditioning equipment while delivering five-star customer service. You will attend manufacturer trainings, follow safety policies, and handle up to 50 lbs of physical workload.

This is a full-time, outdoors-friendly field role with uncapped performance pay. We offer a company truck, gas card, phone, tablet, and uniform, plus a broad benefits package

Qualifications

• HVAC service experience 2–5 years preferred.
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school.
• Valid driver's license, ability to handle heavy equipment, and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair refrigeration and air conditioning equipment.
• Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills.
• Maintain strong customer service.
• Attend periodic manufacturer training classes.
• Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to handle physical workload of at least 50 LBS.
