Job summary

Whipple Service Champions is seeking an HVAC Lead Installer for residential projects. You will install equipment to safety standards, pre-measure sites, and ensure compliance with applicable laws while delivering top service to customers.

The role requires 3-5 years of residential lead installation experience, HVAC degree or trade certification, and a clean driving record. We offer comprehensive benefits, a company truck, gas card, and competitive uncapped earnings.

• 3-5 years residential HVAC lead installation experience (REQUIRED).
• HVAC degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical/trade school.
• Valid driver’s license with satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install residential HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications.
• Pre-measure job sites to properly prepare for installation.
• Ensure compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
• Track repairs and work completed in trade software, Service Titan.
• Engage with customer to inform them of issue, solution and outcome; recommend products and services for optimal system performance.

What You'll Do as an HVAC Lead Installer:

• Install residential HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
• Pre-measure job sitesin order toproperly prepare for installation

What You'll Bring as an HVAC Lead Installer:

• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
