Job summary

The Pictsweet Company is hiring for full-time production team members in Bells, TN to support our busy harvest season. Join a dedicated team on 1st shift (10:00 AM–7:00 PM) or 2nd shift (7:00 PM–5:30 AM) with weekend work as needed.

Responsibilities include sorting, casing, setting up bins, product inspection, and removing defective product while maintaining GMP compliance. You must be able to work outdoors, stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and extend hours as required.

Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors in non-climate controlled areas.
• Endure standing, bending and heavy lifting for extended periods.
• Ability to work fast with few errors and follow safety instructions.
• Must be able to work weekends/holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Sort, casing, setting up bins and inspecting product.
• Remove defective product and scoop product according to procedures.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and follow GMP and company policies.

Overview

The Pictsweet Company is growing! We are currently hiring dedicated and hardworking team members to join our full-time production team in Bells, TN! Availability for specific departments/shifts depends on current job openings.

1st Shift time: 10AM-7PM, up to 6-7 days a week during our busy harvest season, including weekends.

2nd Shift time: 7PM-5:30AM, up to 6-7 days a week during our busy harvest season, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Will perform tasks such as sorting, casing, setting up bins, product inspection, removing defective product, and scooping product, clean up, stretch wrap, busting out product, and various other duties.
• Must follow instructions including company policies, procedures, and safety instructions.
• Must comply with Food Safety Standards (GMP).
• Must keep work area clean and orderly.

Qualifications

• Working in outdoor weather conditions, non-climate controlled areas, and/or a 38-degree environment.
• Endure prolonged periods of standing, bending, pulling, walking on hard surfaces, reaching, and lifting.
• Must work at a fast pace with few errors.
• Require repetitive motion with arms and hands.
• Must occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be willing to work extended hours as needed (including weekends and holidays).
