Job Type:Full-time. Monday-Friday, 1 Saturday per month.

Salary Range: $25 - $28 hourly (bi-weekly incentives and monthly bonuses)

• Greet and assist patients with scheduling, treatment coordination, and follow-up care.
• Manage patient records and ensure accurate treatment documentation.
• Collaborate with dental professionals to create an exceptional patient experience.
• Help patients understand their treatment plans and financial options, providing clear andcompassionate guidance.
• Maintain a smooth daily operation.
• Assist in maintaining patient retention and satisfaction by creating a welcoming and positive experience from start to finish.

What You’ll Need:

• Experience in dental front office operations or treatment coordination is preferred.
• Knowledge of dental software (Dentrix, Dentrix Ascend, etc.) is preferred.
• Bilingual skills (a plus).
